house |

An old styled japanese traditional house with a straw-thatched
roof being at Aogu area in Miasa village east neighbor of
Hakuba.
Some persons of the Nakamura family had been village headmen

private house is the oldest one of them with clear chronicles
with the age they were built up. It has 25.2meters in width,
10.8meters in depth and 278meters of squares. The scale was
prominent at that time. The house and the ground was alienated
to Miasa village being restored to its original state and
was specified as an important cultural assets of Japan at
3th Dec. 1997.
Since this pic was taken in midwinter, everything was covered
with snow as you see.
