How to get on and off an Ooito line local train.

If you are to get on and off this Ooito line local trains with 2 coarches, usually they are driven without conductors. At stations where some station staffs are there like Matsumoto, Hotaka, Shinano-Oomachi and Hakuba etc, all the doors are opened by the driver.
But at other stations where no station staffs are there, you have to push a correct button to open/close the door. The button is just at the door pocket. You have to get on this train at the third door of the first coarch and get off at the first door that is just behind the control room. Drivers would receive your ticket or check your rail pass when you get off. Northern part of Ooito line from Minami-Otari to Itoigawa, always a diesel coarch without conductors is in service.
