By car
From Tokyo
1.Please drive your car on the Chuou Exp.way and Nagano Exp.way to Toyoshina IC, then get off the Exp. way to drive your car along the route for Hakuba. It takes about 1hour from Toyoshina IC to our place. Please follow the signboard that indicates "Hakuba". Also see the map around our lodging by clicking here.

2.Please drive your car on the Kan-etsu Exp.way to Fujioka JCT and turn your direction to the Joushin-etsu Exp.way there. Get off the Joushin-etsu Exp.way at Koushoku IC or Nagano IC to drive your car along the olympic road Hakuba route. It also takes about 1hour from both IC to our place. Route 406 is a bit narrower and has many curves, so needs more time to get here.

Attention! -- NaGANO and NaGOYA
This is easy to mix for foreign people. When you drive on the Chuou Exp.way from Tokyo direction, you are to take your direction to NaGANO not NaGOYA direction. Exactly a lot of people have done that mistakes. So please just note, your direction is NaGANO!!

From Nagoya
Please drive your car on the Chuou Exp.way and Nagano Exp.way to Toyoshina IC, then get off the Exp.way to drive your car along the route for Hakuba. See the map around our inn by clicking here.

From Osaka

Please drive your car on the Meishin Exp.way to Komaki JCT, then turn your direction to Chuou Exp.way to keep going. Turn your direction again at Okaya JCT to Nagano Exp.way to get off at Toyoshina IC. Follow the signboard indicates "Hakuba" after your getting off at Toyoshina IC. See the map around our inn by clicking here. You can turn your direction to the Hokuriku Exp.way at the Maibara JCT on the way to the Komaki JCT.

Then, get off at Itoigawa IC and follow the signboard indicates "Hakuba". If you take the Hokuriku Exp. way , exactly 50 more kilometers driving needed than via Meishin and Chuou Exp.ways. But if it snowed hard in winter, sometimes (not always ) it's quicker for you to take the Hokuriku EXP. way because they remove snow better.
